We only accept print-ready PDF files. Saving the file as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 are the preferred options to give the best compatibility.

If you are using Canva to create your artwork please ensure when saving (Download) you tick Crop marks & bleed / Flatten PDF.

Images in print documents should be at least 300dpi at the intended print size. For large format work (banners, signage), 100–150dpi at print size is usually sufficient because viewing distances are greater. Images grabbed from the web are typically 72dpi and will print poorly - always use high-resolution versions.

Bleed is a border of artwork that extends beyond the intended trim edge of your print. When items are trimmed, slight movement is normal - bleed ensures there are no white edges. For most print, we require 3mm bleed on all sides. Keep important content (text, logos) at least 4mm inside the trim line. Large format items typically need 5 – 10mm bleed.

Yes - we carry out a standard preflight check on all files. This looks for obvious issues like missing fonts, low-resolution images and missing bleed. We'll flag anything that might cause a problem before the job goes to print. A more detailed artwork check is available on request.

The easiest way is to use the contact form or call us on 01386 898 463. Tell us what you need - product, quantity, size, finish - and we'll come back with a quote. Once approved, you supply artwork (or we create it for you) and we take it from there.

It depends on the product. Business cards have a minimum of 50 and flyers 100, but for most products the minimums are low. Large format items like roller banners can be ordered as single units. We try to be as flexible as possible - just ask.

Yes - we send a digital PDF proof for all jobs before they go to press. For colour-critical work or complex items (like packaging), we can provide a physical proof on the actual substrate at an additional cost. We never print without approval.

Once a proof is approved and the job is underway, changes are difficult to accommodate without reprinting - which incurs cost. Always review your proof carefully before approving. If you spot an error after approval that was present in the approved proof, we'll do our best to help but cannot guarantee a reprint at no charge.

Matt laminate has a flat, non-reflective finish that feels smooth and tends to look more premium - particularly on business cards. Gloss laminate is shiny and makes colours feel more vibrant. Soft-touch is a variant of matt that has a velvety, tactile feel. Your choice depends on the impression you want to create.

Our Fujifilm Revoria EC2100S press adds silver and pink toner channels on top of standard CMYK. Silver toner produces a genuine metallic shimmer on the page - without foil blocking or dies. Pink toner extends the colour gamut into vivid pinks that standard CMYK cannot reproduce accurately.

We use a range of silk, gloss and uncoated stocks from reputable UK paper merchants. Common weights are 130gsm – 170gsm for flyers, 300gsm – 400gsm for business cards, and 100gsm – 120gsm for stationery. We only use FSC-certified papers.

Usually, yes. Most print products can be made in custom sizes - just confirm when requesting a quote. Some constraints apply depending on the product.

Foiling is a specialised finishing technique that applies a thin layer of metallic or pigmented foil onto a surface using heat and pressure. Instead of ink, the foil sits on top of the material, creating a striking, reflective, and premium finish commonly seen on luxury packaging, wedding stationery, and business cards. We offer various foil colours.

RGB is the colour model used by screens - it's additive (light is combined to create colour). CMYK is the model used in printing - it's subtractive (inks absorb light). Files created in RGB should be converted to CMYK before printing, as some RGB colours (particularly vivid blues and greens) can't be reproduced in CMYK and will shift on press.

We can match to Pantone references in our CMYK printing - most Pantone colours can be closely approximated, though exact replication requires spot colour printing (litho). If Pantone accuracy is critical, let us know and we'll advise. For metallic Pantones, our Revoria silver toner can produce a genuine metallic equivalent.

Screens display colour using light; print reflects light from ink on paper. The two will never be identical. Additionally, screens vary widely in calibration - a file that looks bright on one monitor may look darker on another. For critical colour work, we recommend requesting a physical proof on the actual substrate.

Our digital presses are profiled and calibrated regularly. Colour consistency across separate print runs is very good compared to traditional litho - our digital presses use the same ICC profile every time. Minor variation can occur with different paper batches, but for most clients this is imperceptible in practice.

Turnaround varies by product. Business cards, flyers and posters are typically 2-3 working days from approved artwork. Booklets and brochures take 3-5 days (dependant on finish). Large format items are usually 2-3 days. We'll always be flexible though.

Often, yes. Call us and explain the deadline - we'll tell you honestly if we can hit it. Rush jobs may carry a surcharge depending on timescales and workload. We'd rather tell you upfront than let you down.

We use tracked courier services for standard delivery. Cost depends on size and weight - we'll include this in your quote. Collection from our studio is also available. For local clients in Evesham and the surrounding area, we can sometimes arrange hand delivery on larger orders.

We source FSC-certified papers wherever possible. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification guarantees paper comes from responsibly managed forests.

Our digital presses use toner-based printing rather than traditional liquid inks, which produces less waste and uses energy more efficiently than offset litho. For large format work, we use UV-curable and eco-solvent inks - both of which have a better environmental profile than traditional solvent inks.

Yes. For banners and display products, PVC-free alternatives (fabric, paper-based substrates, RPet) are available on request. These may carry a cost premium, but we're happy to quote on a like-for-like comparison.

We recycle paper offcuts and trimmings wherever possible through our waste management contractor. Toner cartridges are returned to the manufacturer for recycling. We continuously review our production processes to minimise waste - it's the right thing to do and it reduces cost.
