Common questions
Packaging FAQs
What's the smallest quantity I can order?
There's genuinely no minimum. You can order 10 boxes if that's what you need — perhaps to test a new design or fulfil a small initial run. Unit costs come down with volume, and we'll always show you a tiered price so you can make the right call.
Can I get a prototype before committing?
Yes - we can produce a physical prototype so you can hold, fold and assess the packaging before approving the full run. This is particularly recommended for any job with complex construction or structural requirements.
Can I use Revoria silver or pink toner on packaging?
Absolutely — and the results are genuinely stunning. Metallic elements on packaging make a product feel significantly more premium, and because we handle both the Revoria press and the cutting in-house, the workflow is seamless.
What file format do you need for a dieline?
Dielines should be supplied as PDF or AI files with the cut path on a separate layer or colour (we'll specify the exact colour on request). The print artwork sits on a separate layer from the cut path. If you don't have a dieline, we can create one to your dimensions.
