How it works

From brief to finished packaging in five steps.

Design

We design your packaging to your dimensions or work with artwork you supply. We create dieline templates and show you how the finished item will look.

Proof

You approve the design on screen or request a physical prototype before committing to the full run. We want you to be sure before we print.

Print

Your packaging is printed full colour on our digital press - CMYK and, if required, Revoria silver or pink toner for something truly distinctive.

Cut

The ColorCut SC7800 Pro-RS XL cuts and creases your flat blanks with sub-millimetre accuracy - no manual cutting, no inconsistency.

Deliver

Flat-packed and delivered to you ready to fold and fill. Or we can arrange partial or full assembly on request.

Common questions

Packaging FAQs
What's the smallest quantity I can order?

There's genuinely no minimum. You can order 10 boxes if that's what you need — perhaps to test a new design or fulfil a small initial run. Unit costs come down with volume, and we'll always show you a tiered price so you can make the right call.

Can I get a prototype before committing?

Yes - we can produce a physical prototype so you can hold, fold and assess the packaging before approving the full run. This is particularly recommended for any job with complex construction or structural requirements.

Can I use Revoria silver or pink toner on packaging?

Absolutely — and the results are genuinely stunning. Metallic elements on packaging make a product feel significantly more premium, and because we handle both the Revoria press and the cutting in-house, the workflow is seamless.

What file format do you need for a dieline?

Dielines should be supplied as PDF or AI files with the cut path on a separate layer or colour (we'll specify the exact colour on request). The print artwork sits on a separate layer from the cut path. If you don't have a dieline, we can create one to your dimensions.
